Whats included in the inspection

Your Inspection will be completed by one of our trusted and experienced service technicians specially trained to identify any problem areas included with your roofing, ventilation or water management system. Our unbiased report with pictures and descriptions is provided without delay using the latest technology, and we can provide this report within 24 hours or less. If a repair is recommended, you will receive a quote detailing the work and the timeframe for completing it, enabling you to make an informed decision. Inspections are a great way to track how your roof is ageing, so you can be prepared for when it needs to be replaced. Regular inspections and repairs can extend the life of your roof. 

Whats included in the repair

The $495.00 repair fee covers the cost of sending a qualified Service Technician to your property to complete a repair. This repair is to be completed within one (1) hour AND utilizes no more than one (1) bundle of shingles OR one (1) tarp (up to a maximum size of 300 sq ft) in the case of an urgent temporary repair.

If upon assessing your property, the Service Technician determines that the work cannot be completed within the guidelines specified above, a quote will be emailed to you outlining the scope of work and the cost of the repair.

At that time, your credit card will be automatically charged for a $99.00 call-out fee instead of the full $495.00 repair fee. However, should you accept the quote, this $99.00 call-out fee will be deducted from the repair cost.

Should the appointment time be extended past the one (1) hour timeframe in order to complete the agreed-upon repair. This time is billed at $99.00 per half hour and will be added to your repair fee that is applied to your credit card once the appointment is complete. Before billing is processed, time on site is verified by the department manager and GPS systems. No additional work or time will be completed without authorization by the customer.

About Commercial Repairs

All Repairs must start with an inspection to ensure the work addresses the root cause. Included in your Inspection will be the quote for the repair. Should the repair quote be accepted 50% of the inspection fee will be credited toward the repair cost.
